Visits
When a visitor arrives from a search engine, an edge analytics endpoint records the page path, the type of event, the name of the referring search engine, and the text of any clicked outbound button. This first-party visit beacon exists only to count page views and clicks on outbound buttons, and that count is the only use made of it. A session view flag is held in the browser just long enough to make sure a single page view is only counted once; it does not persist beyond the session. A separate short-lived cookie, set only on arrivals from a search engine, holds nothing but the name of that search engine, lasts up to one hour, and is used solely to match a later outbound click back to the search engine that brought the visitor here. The content delivery network also reports the country a request came from, with nothing more precise about location. No other browser storage is set, and no persistent identifier is created.
Redirects and destinations
- Outbound links to third-party sites use a first-party outbound redirect: the click first passes through a path on this domain before continuing to the partner.
- That redirect does not hand any stored visitor data to the partner; the partner's own site receives the request directly from your browser and keeps its own record of it.
- This site does not control what a partner site does with that request once you land there.
What is absent
There are no forms on this site and no contact channels, so there is nowhere here to submit a name, an e-mail address, or any other personal detail. No third-party analytics service is used, and no external subresources are loaded onto the page, which is why nothing is shared with an outside host while a page is displayed. Fonts are embedded locally rather than pulled from another provider. Combined with the absence of accounts, logins, and payment handling, these gaps are why the site asks for no consent and holds no personal data beyond the short-lived, search-engine-only records described above.
